STORE POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL: All sales are final at Bridgeworks Boutique, in Peabody, MA and the Lifebridge Thrift Shop, in Salem, MA. Excluding electronics; if an electronic item is malfunctioning or otherwise not working properly, the customer may request a full refund VIA store credit, within 3 business days of purchase. Void after 3 days of the sale date.

HOLDS: A customer may request a 24 hour hold on an item, and must provide their NAME & PHONE NUMBER in order to place the hold. Holds are removed promptly after 24 hours, with or without notice, to ensure purchase availability for all of our loyal customers. NO HOLDS on SATURDAYS, strictly enforced.

PICK-UPS: Purchased items must be picked up within 48 hours of purchase. Customers must provide their NAME, PHONE NUMBER, and EMAIL at the point of sale, if the items are not immediately taken.

ABANDONMENT: Items not claimed/picked up within 48 hours of purchase are considered abandoned and shall be donated back to Lifebridge North Shore. The customer shall then be required to return to the store in which they originally purchased the item(s) to claim their refund, which shall be in the form of store credit, redeemable only at the shop in which the original item was purchased. Store credit is non-transferable.

The customer shall be responsible for requesting a donation receipt from the Lifebridge shops (Bridgeworks Boutique, The Lifebridge Thrift Shop). Lifebridge North Shore is not responsible for any appraisal, or itemization, of any donated items. We simply provide a donor with a donation receipt form, containing our Tax-ID for deductions.

DELIVERY: Delivery available, starting at $99, for a single item. Additional factors, including, but not limited to; quantity and size of items, distance, other pertinent variables, and shipping costs, shall all be taken into account for delivery estimates.
